Community portal privacy

Updated 2 November 2026.

Information used by the portal

When you connect X, QTARDS receives your X account ID, username and display name. Your application includes the details you choose to submit, such as a wallet address, .ai username, introduction or collaboration proposal. The portal does not request your X password, private keys or recovery phrase.

Why we use it

We use this information to verify your connected X account, prevent duplicate applications, review whitelist requests and collaboration proposals, and contact applicants through X. Whitelist applications require a .ai username and its wallet address, resolved from the public Agent ID registry. We save the registry link and verification block with the application. This checks the username-to-address link; it does not authenticate the applicant’s control of that wallet.

Storage and access

The portal uses an essential sign-in cookie and a temporary OAuth cookie. These are HttpOnly cookies. Sign-in sessions expire after two hours; the OAuth cookie expires after ten minutes. X access tokens are used on the server to retrieve your profile and are not stored by the portal. Application information is available to authorized QTARDS reviewers and the infrastructure providers that process it for the portal. It is not sold or published as an applicant directory.

Retention and requests

Application records are retained for the relevant selection and collaboration process. You can disconnect X using the portal. To request access, correction or deletion of an application, contact the official QTARDS X account from the account you connected. Disconnecting a session does not itself delete an application. Operational access logs may be retained by hosting and security providers.
