Welcome to QTARDS
A practical introduction to the collection, mining and what your wallet authorizes.

A collection earned through work
QTARDS is a collection of 4,000 distinct identities on Quantus. Distribution starts with application-level proof-of-work: your device searches for a hash that meets the current target. An accepted proof gives your wallet a temporary opportunity to mint. You then decide whether to review and sign the QTC payment.
Mining, paying and owning are separate events. Running a miner does not debit QTC. Finding a proof does not automatically create an NFT. A QTARD becomes part of your collection after its mint transaction succeeds and is finalized on Quantus.
Your first session
- 01
Open Wallet. Create a Quantus wallet or import the recovery backup of an existing one. Save the recovery phrase and verify the same public address before receiving funds.
- 02
Unlock and choose Verify address & sign in. This signs a login message, not a payment.
- 03
Open Miner and review wallet, GPU and collection readiness. Test GPU checks local computation; Start mining is available when live mining is open.
- 04
After an accepted proof, open Miner → Mint opportunities. Review the assigned token, owner, treasury and epoch price. Sign & pay within the five-minute reservation.
- 05
After finalized success, the QTARD appears in My QTARDS and its reveal becomes available.
What is recorded on Quantus?
A mint records a collection-authority signed inscription permit alongside the QTC payment. The permit identifies the token, receiving wallet, proof, price and content-addressed metadata. Artwork and metadata are stored on IPFS; content identifiers and a metadata digest bind the mint to exact content.
QTARDS verifies finalized transactions and maintains an application inscription registry. It is not a native NFT pallet. Display in the official Quantus wallet is not assumed; use QTARDS → My QTARDS to view your inscriptions.
Check current availability
The live panel reads current network and collection availability. Wallet setup and the local GPU test can be used before live mining opens. Signing in does not change launch availability. If a request fails, the interface reports that uncertainty instead of assuming mining is open.
