List an owned QTARD
- 01
Unlock and verify the current owner address.
- 02
Open My QTARDS from the top-right wallet menu and choose List for sale on an owned card.
- 03
Enter an asking price and review buyer total, 2.5% fee and net proceeds.
- 04
Sign & publish listing authorizes a seven-day offer without sending QTC.
- 05
Unlist NFT signs a cancellation while the listing is available. Unlist before changing a price or sending the token.
The authorization binds token, owner version, seller, price, network, site origin and expiry. Changing a token ID in a browser cannot authorize another wallet’s listing. A listed NFT stays unavailable for direct transfers; a pending transfer blocks listing.
Review and purchase
- 01
Open Review purchase and check token, seller, buyer, total and fee recipient.
- 02
Sign & pay reserves the listing for your address and prepares a sixteen-block signing window.
- 03
Your wallet signs one atomic Quantus batch: seller payment, fee payment and sale permit.
- 04
After finalized success the token leaves the seller’s collection and enters yours.
- 05
The new owner may publish a new listing for resale.
One buyer can hold a listing at a time. The seller cannot cancel it while a purchase outcome is uncertain. The signing window is measured in blocks; elapsed time varies.
The asking-price split
The 2.5% fee is deducted from seller proceeds. A 0.1 QTC ask pays 0.0975 QTC to the seller and 0.0025 QTC to the treasury. The buyer pays that 0.1 QTC total plus network fee. Integer atomic-unit arithmetic preserves supported QTC precision.
Resume a purchase safely
Your purchases in progress shows prepared and confirming purchases. Reopen after closing or returning to the site. Retry same transaction reuses stored signed bytes without requesting another payment signature.
Unsigned, failed or uncertain attempts stay reserved until finalized history through the full signing window is checked. Failed transactions may cost a fee. Closing the browser does not cancel an on-chain transaction.
Read market statistics
Floor is the lowest available asking price; held listings are excluded. Volume and sales count use finalized completed records. The chart groups volume into UTC days. Holders are distinct owner addresses, not unique people.
Empty markets show no floor and zero completed sales. The bounded recent feed does not limit totals or chart aggregation. Receipts identify finalized block and extrinsic index, with transaction hash when available.
Settlement and its limits
Quantus atomically executes QTC transfers and the remark. QTARDS verifies finality and updates registry ownership using seller authorization and a collection-authority permit. This is not native NFT escrow; the chain does not enforce QTARDS ownership or one-time permit consumption.
Use the reviewed flow. Manual seller payments do not buy a token. A custom client signing duplicate transfers with different nonces can pay more than once while a permit transfers one token only. Direct NFT transfers are available through Send NFT in My QTARDS. Official-wallet NFT display is not assumed.
